EcoReps are introduced to key staff members in Housing & Dining that they will need to work with, as well as to the Director of Sustainability. A "lead EcoRep" is designated by the Director of Sustainability, and this person takes the lead in training the other EcoReps in the processes and details of the program, including how to apply for "green funds" to support EcoRep projects.

EcoReps are paid an hourly salary and often work closely with Housing & Dining staff members.
