Most of the College's licensed/trademark wear on behalf of the institution is procured, managed and sold by a third party vendor - Barnes and Noble College (BNC). As their designated representative BNC requires their vendors to sign on off on BNC's Fair Labor standards when they sign on as a partner. The statement and requirement from BNC's instructions to vendors is below.
BNC is a member of the FLA and sits on the University Advisory Council.
The College's athletic trademark/licensed collegiate wear is procured, managed and sold by GameDay Souvenirs. The proprietor reports that GameDay Souvenirs follow fair labor practices but that they are not a member of the FLA.
Additionally, Under Armour, our exclusive and official outfitter for all of Saint Mary's Division I athletic teams, is a member of the FLA.
