In 2021, the college administered the HEDS Diversity and Equity Survey that asked students, employees, and administrators about their perceptions of the institution's climate, perceptions of how the institution supports diversity and equity, and experiences with discrimination and harassment at the institution.

The HEDS Diversity and Equity Campus Climate Survey asked a series of open ended and ranking questions in order for the institution to get a better understanding of the respondents' experiences.
This survey will help shape the updated Diversity Plan, which is still being worked on by the college's DEI committee.
