A brief description of the student sustainability research program:

For the CES University, research and innovation are the basis of the future based on knowledge, being value generators for the fulfillment of the substantive functions and the process of academic training at all levels, constituting an opportunity to transfer to the community the elements and factors derived from the knowledge that is built. In this sense, research can be the gateway to finding the reason for things and innovation, a way of not only transferring this knowledge but also a way of causing changes and transformations in everyday life, achieving improvements in it. Actually, we have 39 research groups and 207 scientific articles published

Yes

A brief description of the faculty sustainability research program:

Globalization Research Group - GEOCES.

Objective: Research and generate products on global, regional, and local trends focused on the following thematic axes: internationalization of education, technical-scientific development and innovation, and sustainable development, as well as on the symbolic and cultural characteristics associated with these axes, with them in order to expand knowledge about the realities of the global environment, to contribute to the development of Higher Education Institutions and their environment. The group has the possibility of participating in the calls offered by the Research Directorate, in which different amounts are offered. So far we have had two approved.

A brief description of the institution’s library support for sustainability research:

At the CES University Library, we are an "Open-Minded Library" that supports and contributes to the functions of teaching, research, and innovation and extension; through the management and dissemination of innovative and high-quality information resources and services, qualified personnel, and state-of-the-art physical and technological infrastructure.

We encourage in our academic community the culture of information as an element that promotes and generates individual and social changes, immersed in the philosophy of the CES University expressed in its Institutional Educational Project of excellence.

The Fundadores Library, as a management unit for academic and scientific information resources, makes free access to information and knowledge available to the entire academic community of the CES University through training activities, bibliographic and technological resources, and information services.
