A brief description of the institution’s main campus and other aspects of the institutional boundary used to complete this report:

Our University fosters dedicated leaders in human, social, and environmental development. Established in 1998, we offer top-tier education for the professional realm, built upon personalized learning and an immersive engagement with their field right from the onset.

With state-of-the-art facilities and essential resources, we empower our students to emerge as competitive professionals. Our five faculties span across Health Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Business Sciences, Humanities, and Veterinary and Biological Sciences. Furthermore, our Graduate School offers a range of Master's degrees, Specializations, Diplomas, Specialization Programs, and courses in areas such as Health, Environment, and Veterinary studies.

Operating across three principal campuses strategically located in different areas of Lima: Campus Villa, Campus Ate, and Campus Norte.

Our educational approach follows the Model of Education at Scientific University of the South, envisioned by our founding president, Engineer José Dextre. It stands as a transformative alternative in higher education within our specialized fields, featuring curricula at the forefront of technological advancements and future national demands.

The comprehensive profile is embedded within our culture, represented through four modes of thinking: Scientific or Professional Thinking, Responsible Thinking, Strategic Thinking, and Social Thinking.

Each capacity, skill, or piece of knowledge within the Profile is nurtured through an educational activity, whether it be a course, workshop, or other specially designed learning experience. These educational activities are organized into three Formative Axes: Professional Axis, Attitudinal Axis, and Humanistic Axis.

Which of the following features are present on campus and which are included within the institutional boundary?:
Present? Included?
Agricultural school Yes Yes
Medical school Yes Yes
Other professional school with labs or clinics (e.g. dental, nursing, pharmacy, public health, veterinary) Yes Yes
Museum No No
Satellite campus Yes No
Farm larger than 2 hectares or 5 acres No No
Agricultural experiment station larger than 2 hectares or 5 acres No No
Hospital No No

The rationale for excluding any features that are present from the institutional boundary:

We do not have structures such as a Museum, Hospital, and agricultural areas for specific reasons. Regarding the Museum, the absence of relevant academic programs is the primary factor. As for the Hospital, related disciplines like Medicine conduct their practical training in city hospitals or nationwide. Lastly, due to space limitations, extensive agricultural areas are unavailable; however, we do have greenhouses on the Villa campus to address this need.
