Survey conducted by the Quebec transportation department in fall 2017 on 35 000 households. The sector called Cite Universitaire covers Laval University, two colleges, and few commercial centers. The chosen period, from May 1st, 2019, to April 30th, 2020, is the most recent and representative period (before pandemic). An updated assessment was planned for 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 but have been put on hold by the pandemic. Even though we are reporting an older assessment, we believe the assessment methodology is still appropriate for responding to the reported fields.
