Does the institution limit free printing for students in all computer labs and libraries?:
Yes

A brief description of how printing is limited:

The Print Smart Program was initiated in an effort to reduce the use of printing and misuse of printers. This program has resulted in much greater sustainability-friendly printing habits at MU.

For each printout/copy made by a student, 5 cents is charged to their Print Smart account. Undergraduate students that are financially enrolled at MU receive a $35 (per academic year) nonrefundable print quota allotted for printing in MU computing sites. Graduate and professional students receive $50 (per academic year) nonrefundable print quota.
