The Office of Sustainability has a presence on Facebook and Instagram, with each account being titled @usask.environment. These platforms are used to deliver sustainability-related news and opportunities to the entire campus community, as well as to highlight sustainability champions and institutional successes.
Work Green Champions receive monthly tips, resources, and activities related to a sustainability topic of the month. Sustainability events, new articles and tips are shared online.

A brief description of the signage that highlights sustainability features on campus:
A standard sign draws attention to the features through the use of a consistent visual identity and a brief (one or two sentences) description. The categories of signage are based on LEED categories. This initiative started with the construction of our first LEED building, the College of Law Addition. The signage that was developed for that project is now incrementally being expanded to other sustainable operational initiatives throughout campus.
Most recently, the campus has installed a large sign outside of the John Mitchell Building Solar Array to highlight that it was a student sustainability project that provides experiential learning opportunities while providing renewable energy for the university.

The Campus Sustainability Tour allows students, staff, faculty and University community members to view campus sustainability initiatives and projects (Prairie Habitat Gardens, Green Buildings, Recycling Centre, etc.) either by foot or bike. The tour can be done all at once or a few locations at a time. A map of all the locations of our sustainability features and initiatives is provided on our website. A guided version of the walking tour is also available for booking through the Office of Sustainability.

The U of S Sustainability in Residence guide is designed to help students live more sustainably in residence and on campus. It includes information, actions and resources to help make sustainable choices an easy part of everyday life.
A brief description of other comprehensive sustainability outreach materials and publications not covered above:
Dany Bleeds Green Videos provide humorous information on how to make small sustainable changes in our daily lives at school, work, and home and in our communities. They are available on our website and are disseminated through other means (plasma screens, movie screenings, facebook) as appropriate.
The Office of Sustainability's Work Green program extends sustainability information and resources to workplaces around campus through the designation of Workplace Champions.
