Electric bikes are available in our community, the permit process for several companies products are through the City of Cleveland.

There are three Level 7 EV recharging station located in a campus garage, accessible to student and employee commuters.

The Greater Circle Living program offers a $5,000 forgivable loan for down payment and/or closing costs for the purchase of an owner-occupied home by fulltime employees of any nonprofit institution—including Case Western Reserve University—in Greater University Circle, a district encompassing portions of seven Cleveland neighborhoods. Employees of Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Museum of Art, Judson at University Circle and University Hospitals may be eligible for an additional $10,000 forgivable loan for down payment or closing costs for the purchase of an owner-occupied home, or one month's rental reimbursement in Greater University Circle.

Employees that make under $51,000 annually are eligible for a 50% discount on monthly transit passes.
Undergraduate students are eligible for a no cost them them pass for all area transit called U-pass good for the academic year.
Graudate students are offered discounted monthly transit passes.
The University also runs a shuttle system around campus and into nearby neighborhoods to help cover transit gaps.

CWRU was been awarded the Northeast Ohio Area Coordinating Agency (NOACA) Commuter Choice Award for nine consecutive years.
