Suggestions for Institutions
- Work with your institution’s materials management team(s) to determine if an assessment has been conducted with a published score card, recognition has been achieved, and/or to consider pursuing one or both options.
Potential Data Quality Issues
- Documentation must be provided on formal leadership in materials management or waste recovery by a national or international assessment or awards program.
- If earning the full 1 bonus point, there must be evidence of participation in Atlas Zero Waste Stage 1 Assessment, a Campus Race to Zero Waste certification or award, and/or an AASHE approved equivalent.
