A Student Intern for the Office of Sustainability presented on one of their student engagement project at the Sustainability Student Leader Symposium at UMass Dartmouth in the Fall of 2022. They discussed how they worked to engage and inform students about the issues of plastic throughout its lifespan. They acknowledged what worked well and what could be improved if they were to do a similar event in the future.
