The University is committed to the principles of equal opportunity. It is the policy of Clarkson University, consistent with Federal and State law, to encourage and maximize participating of Small Businesses (SB), Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE), Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE), and other Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) in its procurement activities. Such procurement activities include, but not limited to, subcontracts, purchase orders, and P-card transactions for services, materials and supplies, and travel costs related to sponsored awards
