The conceptional model of campus climate assessment included 120 question that included 22 open ended questions for respondents to provide commentary. Respondents provided information about their personal campus experiences, their perceptions of the campus climate and Creighton' unspiritual actions including administrative policies and academic initiative regarding diversity issues and concerns.

A brief description of the most recent assessment findings and how the results are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:

Employees and students report a lack of diversity in faith, race, and international presence on campus. A specific lack of BLack and brown students and faculty members was also observed. Results were shared with all stakeholders with the action plan of creating committees to address these issues.

The report, summery, and slides were shared with Creighton Stakeholders via a share point website. The university also hosted forums for people to attend during AY2022
