A brief description of the sustainability trainings and professional development opportunities available to staff :
All Plant Operations staff are required to go through training that incorporates many sustainable efforts. 10 of 17 classes they are required to take are GCBI accredited. (Tim Korn)
Speakers during Staff Development Day each year are offered courses sustainability skills. Recent topics have included: gardening, fixing leaks, improving home energy efficiency.
