A brief description of the plan:
Facilites and Services office is working closely with ASNMSU (Associated Students NMSU) on a transportation plan to include installing many more bicycle racks across campus. The article link below is from 2008 and we have accomplished a lot since then. Working in partnership, the Office of Sustainability and the Sustainability Council hope to become certified as a "Bicycle Friendly University" in 2011. We have many different safety training classes for bicyclists through the Environmental Health and Safety office.
