A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:
The idea behind Edible Campus is to incorporate edible plants into the landscaping of Seattle University. This takes the form of edible plants being placed within the gardens of the campus, the creation of the Campus Community Garden, and the Food for All plots.
Maps are available online to guide people on where the edible plants are located throughout campus.
Campus Community Gardens take up a plot of land on campus, which is subdivided into p-patches that students can sign up to utilize for a set amount of time.
Food for All plots are open to everyone in the community to pick from.

The 31 P-patches of the Campus Community Gardens are not only all in use, but a waiting list also demonstrates the students' desire to be involved in learning more and practicing urban agriculture.
