The majority of employees on campus are union represented. The Governor’s Office of Employee Relations and the labor unions negotiate payroll wages and bargaining agreements which can be found at: http://www.goer.ny.gov/
The College is involved with the following unions: UUP, CSCA, PEF, NYSCOPBA, PBA NYS, MC (professionals & classified). For employees not represented by a union, the College uses the Fair Labor Standards Act, NYS Labor Laws and the Federal Minimum Wage
Guidelines. The College follows the guidelines for New York State Prevailing Wages rates for all contractors used on campus (https://applications.labor.ny.gov/wpp/publicViewPWChanges.do?method=showIt)
