Cougar Woods Dining Commons and Moody Towers Dining Commons, the two residential dining facilities on the UH Main campus, are both Green Restaurant Association® (GRA) certified. Cougar Woods Dining Commons, with 319.31 GreenPoints™ and having completed 40 Environmental Steps, proudly holds a top-tier four-star ranking, making it the only restaurant in Texas to achieve this prodigious status. With 202.48 total GreenPoints™ and 26 Environmental Steps, Moody Towers Dining Commons has secured three-star GRA certification. These achievements underscore UH Dining's commitment to sustainable practices and further promote educating the campus community about environmentally friendly dining practices.
