Yes

A brief description of how multiple stakeholder groups were involved in developing the plan:

The college's Master Plan update is part of an institution-wide Integrated Planning Process which involves a steering committee, multiple surveys, and focus groups to obtain feedback from the internal college community and district residents.

This process includes the development of several operational plans, one of which is the Sustainability Plan.
Goals and objectives in the Sustainability Plan have been collected via several existing support structures within the college. Stakeholders from the college Environmental Action Committee, Sustainability and Green Economy Center, and community partners have contributed to the creation of the plan and will bring its goals to fruition.

A brief description of the plan’s measurable goals :

The Sustainability Plan encompasses many of the college's commitments to sustainability including the American Colleges and Universities Presidents Climate Commitment, Illinois Campus Sustainability Compact, and STARS participation. These commitments shape the plan's measurable goals for sustainability.

A brief description of how progress in meeting the plan’s goals is measured:

Each sustainability goal within the plan contains complimentary Key Performance Indicators which will be used to measure the college's progress. An evaluation time-line is also included in the plan which corresponds to our various commitments to external organizations such as AASHE, ACUPCC, and the Illinois Green Governments Coordinating Council, as well as internal evaluation procedures.
Many Key Performance Indicators include reductions in Greenhouse Gas emissions and waste output.
