The following buildings were either built to LEED standards and/or Green Mountain College's New Construction Policy but do not meet the criteria of eligible buildings due to the date the building was completed(more than 5 years old) and/or the small size of the floor area(less than 1000 square feet)
Sage Hall--LEED Gold (2010). Olwen Solar Garage(2012) and OVaL shed(2011)-- both built in accordance with Green Mountain College’s Construction Policy and/or REED's green building guidelines (2011).
