IUS takes recyclable demolition materials such as sheet metal, scrap metal, and copper to the local recycling center.
IUS also reuses gravel from ballasted roofing

As of right now, there is no way for IUS to determine the tonnage that is/was taken to the landfill or incinerator. IUS is billed at a flat rate and a third-party demolition company was and is typically used to haul materials away.
