Originally offered in 2012, aspects of the survey have been released in other surveys across the years.
In 2022, a specific sustainability culture survey was conducted to reflect the change from the 2012 survey.
Additionally specific questions to align with Yale Program on Climate Change Communications "Super Short Survey" were included: https://climatecommunication.yale.edu/visualizations-data/sassy/

The survey was distributed through printed promotion (posters, flyers, and handouts with a QR code) as well as through placed promotions in digital newsletters and direct emails (with a digital link).

Not aware dropped by 4% (5%/4%)
Aware dropped by 24% (32%/23%)
Very aware increased 28% (38%/26%)

Environmental Action
Not active dropped by 23% (26%/24%)
