Loyola’s Counseling Center offers students the opportunity to explore life transitions, to talk through issues, and to discover their own identities. From its dedicated relaxation room to programs for maintaining healthy sleep habits and managing stress during exams, the Counseling Center’s many services and resources may surprise you.

The Employee Assistance Program through KEPRO provides free professional and confidential assessment, referrals, and short-term problem-solving to benefits eligible faculty, staff and administrators and their family members.
