CPL2 534: Leading in Diverse and Global Workplaces
Exploring leadership within a global and diverse context. A variety of trends that have made managing workforce diversity an essential competency for future leaders are reviewed, as are the emerging skills that managers need to develop to succeed in a global environment.

CORG 553: Employee and Labour Relations
Industrial relations framework, its legal, political, social, economic, ecological and ethical subsystems. Processes governing union-management relations, collective bargaining and dispute resolution, and the roles of executives, supervisors, employees, employee representatives, HR-IR professionals in effective employee relations in unionized and non-unionized environments.

CCFA 510: Current Operations in Global Financial Markets
This course reviews the current role of financial institutions and financial markets, the transactions effected through intermediaries in facilitating global trade, and the current scheme of regulations across major trading centres. The course also considers threats to the regulated intermediary through crypto currencies and other forms of trade.

CCTR 465 Technical Translation: Energy and Natural Resources
French-to-English translation of technical texts related to energy and natural resource development, management and sustainability. Study of the translation problems specific to these texts, as well as the various strategies, appropriate resources and tools used to mitigate them. Translation practice will include studies, user manuals, project specifications, environmental reports and consumer information.

The Continuing Studies certificate in Integrated and Adaptive Water Resources Planning, Management and Governance, offered by the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, takes a holistic look at water resources management at the watershed and sub-watershed level with a specific focus on watershed planning techniques, adaptive management strategies, capacity building approaches, water governance, and water business risk assessment to strengthen integrated water resources management capacities globally. This program is offered online over 8 weeks, and is part of Macdonald Campus' continuing professional development programs.

Finally, the 15-credit Graduate Certificate in Dynamic Supply Networks program also has a significant sustainability focus. The program introduces the competencies needed to succeed in a changing supply management landscape by addressing global shifts in sustainability, strategy, governance, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics. Topics include creating sustainable supply networks, procurement management, logistics and supply economics, contracting management, project management, and global distribution networks. CSNM 605 Dynamic Supply Networks Transformation, a required course, examines the impact of artificial intelligence, the metaverse, robotics, and climate change on the supply network.
