Does the institution make cultural competence trainings and activities available to all employees?:
Yes

A brief description of the cultural competence trainings and activities:

PSUnity will create an interactive session to address the specific needs and interests of a work group, faculty group, student group, or class. Workshop facilitators foster open dialogue in a positive and supportive environment. We focus on learning more about the social differences among us and on developing communication skills to help us create and maintain an inclusive campus climate. All workshops can be tailored to your group’s specific needs or interests.
