Although we are not governed by this legislation, RIT follows to a local city pay ordinance which is titled “City of Rochester Living Wage Legislation” to ensure that are pay levels are appropriate for our lowest paid employees. RIT reviews the minimum pay requirement annually and makes adjustments, where necessary, to ensure full compliance.
