Taylor's Compensation Policy states that "Taylor University is dedicated to providing for the comprehensive educational needs of its students with programs and services of high quality... The University supports a total compensation system that: ... 3.)Provides compensation competitive with selected employers and or/ universities of similar size, scope and environment..."
Despite the existence of this policy points were not awarded for most university employees because evaluations to assure that compensation meets employees' basic needs are not performed regularly.
As a part of Taylor's Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP) a Higher Education Research Institution (HERI) survey is annually provided to all faculty. The results from this show that most faculty are satisfied with their compensation and that faculty financial compensation is above average compared to peer institutions.
All Taylor employees and contractors make minimum wage.
Taylor believes that all of its employees are sustainability compensated, but cannot assure it in the way required for this question.
