A brief description of the sustainability newsletter or social media platform:

The newsletter is available to students, staff and faculty. It is sent out on a monthly basis and includes information about events. We also have a policy newsletter that highlights local, state and national environmental policy.

LEED projects that pursued Green Building Education LEED points in the Innovation and Design category include a Green Building Education Self-Guided Tour in the building.

In locations where green stormwater management installations exist, we have installed educational signage explaining the intervention.

Temple has signage explaining the green features of the Tiny House. This structure is located adjacent to the Temple Community Gardens and is totally off the grid.

The Office of Sustainability’s Green Living Certification program is for students interested in connecting how we live and what we buy with climate action.

Each Fall Semester, the Office of Sustainability hosts an eight-week interactive challenge to push you to the highest level of sustainable living in seven different focus areas: energy, water, food and dining, purchasing, zero waste, involvement, and innovation.
