Texas A&M University provides a benefits package to benefits-eligible employees that includes at least 30% additional value in total compensation. Benefit programs are in compliance with the Affordable Care Act.
Texas A&M University worked with the System to implement a standard pay plan for all staff positions across the university system. Pay ranges, titles and job duties were updated based on the appropriate market data. The new pay plan was implemented December 1, 2016.
