Does the institution have a surplus department or formal office supplies exchange program that facilitates reuse of materials?:
A brief description of the program:
Major items are warehoused on campus, and people are encouraged to "shop" from the warehouse when they have a need. For smaller office supplies, there is a designated table in the basement of the main administration building where unwanted office supplies can be left and are available free to anyone who wants them. Purchasing will also take unused supplies back for distribution to others.
