Lifetime Fitness, which is a requirement for all students, includes a unit on environmental food choices.

In September, we had a Farm to Campus week. Each day of the week focused on a different eco-food topic (e.g., Dirty Dozen/Clean 15, food miles, environmental impact of meat, etc.). This campaign was based in the main dining hall, though there were other events as well.
