Does the institution host a peer-to-peer textbook exchange program, textbook lending library, or alternate textbook project?:
Yes

A brief description of the textbook exchange program, textbook lending library, or alternate textbook project:

The Undergraduate Student Government (USG) this past year established a new program referred to as the "Husky Book Bundle." The Husky Bundle is an effort to reduce costs of students, by capping book costs at $285 a semester. If students opt in to the program, then they will have their books delivered to their place of residence and not be charged for higher prices. This reduces the overall cost of books for thousands of students.

Does the institution provide incentives for academic staff that explicitly encourage the authorship, peer review, and/or adoption of open access textbooks?:
No

A brief description of the incentives to encourage the authorship, peer review, and/or adoption of open access textbooks:

Often, professors go above and beyond to provide accessible, low-price content to students. The university does not incentivize this.
