University gives a 5% rebate to all its departments on the purchase of recycled paper and the top four departments that purchase the most recycled paper receives 20,000 HP points from a HP rewards program, which can be used to purchase a variety of HP items, and therby encourages a sustainable behavioural change among departments, offices, staff, faculty and administrators.
