A survey was conducted in 2000 and results released in 2001, which can be found here: http://provost.ku.edu/reports/campus-climate.

A new survey is planned for 15-16.

Each fall since 1998 entering freshmen are tracked for retention and graduation, including how many years they took to graduate. Data sets include all freshmen, and freshmen by racial identification as ethnic or minority.

Yes

Gender and race/ethnicity along with rank and position are tracked for all staff and faculty. Reports are available publicly by academic year.
