Yes

A brief description of the metering system:

Most buildings are metered for electricity and steam consumption. The campus metering system collects 15 minute interval data for electricity and hourly data for delivered steam. Campus stakeholders can trend usage through web access to metering software.

All natural gas boilers are also metered.
