A brief description of the institution’s investment disclosure practices:
The University System of Maryland Foundation (USMF) provides snapshots of asset allocation in its annual report and quarterly investment reports which are also available online. The online snapshots do not include the amount invested in each fund and/or company. USMF will provide detailed snapshots on request whenever possible, where doing so would not violate contractual obligations to investment managers. The USMF does not have the ability to submit proxy votes, as its investments are held indirectly through investment managers.
