A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):

MHealthy is a program for faculty and staff. It offers a variety of services to help meet your health and wellness needs including: exercise classes, personal training, Active U incentive program, the Good Choice program for nutrition, weight management programs, mental and emotional health services, ergonomics, tobacco treatment, alcohol management, MHealthy Rewards, and occupational health clinics. Wolverine Wellness is a program dedicated to students through the University Health Service that provides information and referrals, early intervention, collaboration and consulting, influences policy and advocates for health for the U-M campus community. They offer alcohol intervention, HIV testing, wellness coaching, and quit kits for smokers.
