Volunteers are selected to be the office representative.

If requested, Western's Sustainability Coordinator makes a formal presentation about the Green Office Program to the participating office, including information on the structure, scoring and sustainability categories associated with this program. The Sustainability Coordinator also has an independent meeting with the office representative/s to ensure proper execution of the program. Additionally, the Sustainability Coordinator passes along a green tip monthly to the office representative/s, who then distributes this green tip along to the rest of the office.
