VTS has identified most plants and Trees in managed areas on campus. Most unmanaged areas are overgrown with invasive species; thus no important species are believed to be present.

VTS is currently creating a tree inventory and working to reclaim overgrown areas to establish more beneficial plang.

VTS is working on eliminating invasive species in order to better maintain natural areas.
