We a part of the 23-campus CA State University System in which all employees (except Management Personnel Plan and other non-represented employees) are covered under a collective bargaining agreement which ensures sustainable wages. The salary schedule is set by the CSU Chancellor’s Office in negotiation with the unions and applied to all 23 campuses.
