The Connecticut College faculty and staff Wellness Program provides a personalized approach to healthy living. This program will improve the health status and quality of life on our campus by assisting individuals in reducing their health risks through assessment, education, goal setting and referrals. Program evaluations will reflect increased morale and productivity and a reduction in health care related costs. This program provides confidential, professional assistance to help employees and their families resolve problems that affect their personal lives or job performance.

The Office of Student Wellness and Alcohol/Drug Education (SW/AOD) serves as a health and wellness resource for students providing quality outreach education on all aspects of wellness. It partners with the College community to define policies and practices for prevention, education, training, intervention, evaluation, referral and treatment, and to protect the legal rights of students. Student Counseling Services provides a variety of services at no cost to students, including evaluation, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention and referral to off-campus clinicians. https://www.conncoll.edu/campus-life/health-and-counseling-services/student-counseling-services/
