Does the institution meter all energy consumption (electricity, natural gas, purchased steam, etc.) for at least one building?:
A brief description of the metering system:
Luther monitors all energy consumption for every building, and recently four steam condensate meters were installed. Additionally, each building has a water meter, so we can also monitor this consumption. Nearly all electric meters on campus are hooked into Automated Logic, which is an online way of tracking energy usage that eliminates the necessity of reading meters individually.
