The Business Enterprise Program (BEP) for Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities is authorized by State statue (Act 30 ILCS 575) and dedicated to increasing opportunities for businesses owned and operated by minorities, females, and persons with disabilities. We are unrelenting in our quest to supersede our goal of 20%, and seek to facilitate the participation of all eligible firms in the State of Illinois.
