A brief description of programs, policies, infrastructure investments, outreach efforts, and/or other factors that contribute to the diversion rate for construction and demolition waste:

Part of the contract bid was to ensure recycling and deconstruction of construction materials. A report was requested at the close of the projects to detail what happened to the waste. That report was created, signed off on by the contracted company and presented to the Campus Operations Director for acceptance. These numbers reflect that report.
