Several focus groups established by college administration were interviewed and assessed by an outside consultant in 2003 & 2004.

Outcome was "Diversity" was added as a core value of the College. Core Values are held very high in relation to decision making for the College. They guide the Strategic Plan, Mission and Vision statements for not only the College as a whole, but also for each department within.
