A brief description of the incentive program(s):

Salisbury University offered a 3-day training in May 2022 for academic staff who were interested in putting forward a "tagged" Gen Ed course (this included Sustainability, Civic Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, and First-Year Seminar). Participants were given a $500 stipend to participate. The plan was to have additional trainings in Spring 2023, but the training was never scheduled.
