SU does not have a bias response team. However, the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) at SU supports and advances the University’s commitment to create an inclusive environment free of discrimination and supportive of all by leading campus efforts to manage all aspects of the Fair Practices/AA programs, as well as Title IX compliance. The procedures section of the policies below fully describe University protocols to address allegations of discrimination.

Salisbury University sends recruiters to every high school in the state of Maryland. SU has bus tours that come to campus from underrepresented communities. SU goes to various college fairs specifically for underrepresented groups and partners with many groups on campus such as the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to recruit underrepresented groups to our campus.
