A list of new construction and major renovation projects that indicates the green building code, policy/guideline, or rating system that applies to each building:

SU has 6 LEED Certified Gold buildings and 5 LEED Certified Silver buildings on campus. All 11 buildings were constructed before 2018 so the building total floor area doesn't count as "new construction." SU requires all new construction and renovation projects to meet at a minimum LEED Silver standards.

All new construction and renovation projects will meet LEED Silver or higher standards. With that said, SU had no new construction projects or renovation projects between 2017-2022.
