All the buildings that have gone through the Continuous Optimization Program are maintained/operated in accordance with the following guidelines: http://www.tru.ca/__shared/assets/Sustainable_Building_Operation_and_Maintenance_Guideline33420.pdf.
The buildings in the program include: Arts and Education, International Building, Campus Activity Centre, Trades and Technology, Science, and BC Centre for Open Learning.


A brief description of how the institution ensures compliance with sustainable building operation and maintenance guidelines and policies:

After the building re-commissioning process takes place, training and follow-up coaching sessions are conducted, and building energy data is monitored by the energy management team through the Energy Management Information System in order to ensure these buildings are operated and maintained efficiently.
