This half day workshop is an effort to allow each and every member of our community to unite behind a common goal as we work to cultivate a spirit of inclusion at Notre Dame. Diversity and Inclusion is included in all required onboarding for new staff. Courses in multicultural competencies/hiring game changers are required of senior staff and those responsible for hiring decisions.

Faculty - All senior leadership and deans have participated in diversity workshops. Two one-day workshops have been held for faculty in 2016-17 school year. More initiatives are planned for the 2017-18 school year.
